Rockin' Abs & Bottoms will set your abs on fire! You’ll work your entire core, as well as challenge your glutes & legs.   The format is low impact strength and cardio drills using dumbbells, or resistance bands.

Equipment Needed: Mat, medium weights (optional), resistance bands (optional)
