Do you like to dance?  This is the class for you!  Dance Fitness is a cardio class, with easy-to-follow choreography to upbeat music (pop, club, hip hop).  You'll have so much fun you will forget you are exercising.  This class is great for EVERYBODY!  You can go at your pace and you will tone & sculpt your body while burning fat.
