SPIN is an indoor cycling class focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity (sprints) and recovery. Our instructors will lead your ride with the hottest music while pushing you to your limits.
Equipment Needed: Stationary Bike.
Fun Fact: SPIN can be done with a treadmill or an elliptical. Let the instructor know you are participating with a treadmill or elliptical and they will provide cues to ride right along with the pack.
