Level UP is a 30-minute class that will challenge every muscle! In Level Up - you start with 5 exercises at Level 1, then the exercises are Leveled up to Level 2, then Level 3! At the end you'll go a round with all level 3 exercises back-to-back!
This is for EVERYBODY! You go at your own pace and "Level UP" when you are ready. You can always stay at Level 1 or go up to Level 3.
The exercises change every week!
You are only allowed to make reservations 120 days in advance.
