You get the best of both worlds with this class! Level Up is a leveled workout, you start with 5 Level 1 moves, then do them again and "Level Up" to Level 2, then on to Level 3. The best thing about this class is it's FUN, and it's for EVERYBODY! There's a level for everyone and you choose where you want to be. This is followed by a 30 minute stretch class.
You can join 1 or BOTH classes. Level Up is 5:45-6:15; Stretch is 6:15-6:45
