This class will have you sweating from the start!  You will use medium to heavy weights and go through circuits of strength and power moves, then at the end of each circuit you will "Power it UP" with power moves without weights.  You will be building strength and endurance.  Using all your big muscle groups you will continue burning those calories long after class is over.
