KRANK by RYB is our indoor cycling class focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity (sprints) and recovery. Our instructors will lead your ride with the hottest music while pushing you to your limits.
Equipment Needed: Stationary Bike.
Fun Fact: KRANK can be done with a treadmill. Let the instructor know you are participating with a treadmill and they will provide cues to ride right along with the pack.
