What happens in Fight Club  STAYS in Fight Club!   Kicking and punching drills make this workout fun and empowering.  This high intensity cardio kickboxing class is great for all fitness levels.  Kickboxing intervals will give you a vigorous calorie burn, while punching and kicking away stress. This class can be done with or without a bag or gloves.
