As the title says, we will use dumbbells and resistance bands to work on endurance.  We use light weights to target the smaller muscles but build endurance by doing more reps.  Resistance band work will work your muscles in a different way than the dumbbells by providing constant resistance.   And of course, we will finish up with a core circuit!   This is a low impact class, but there is nothing low about the calorie burn or the sweat!
